Cancellation Conditions – Apartment Rental

Cancellation by Renter

Cancellation must be made in writing (by email or message).

After full payment, restitution is not possible, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

In case of cancellation before full payment, the renter remains obliged to pay any agreed costs.

No-show

If the renter does not appear on the agreed arrival date without cancelling, this will be considered a cancellation.

In this case, there is no right to restitution of paid amounts.

Early Departure

In case of early departure by the renter, no restitution will take place of already paid rental or additional costs.

Cancellation by Landlord

In the exceptional case that the landlord must cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the already paid rental amount will be fully reimbursed.

The landlord is not liable for further damage or costs (such as travel or stay costs).

Applicable Law

Spanish law applies to these cancellation conditions.

Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in Spain.
